Illness makes a person weak from inside as well as outside due to which, he or she doesn’t lead a healthy lifestyle. Lifestyle is something that completes an individual from every aspect. Mental disease can make an individual feel empty inside. Few studies prove that if an individual faces mental health problems at their early age then they have to face a lot of consequences and sufferings.  It is also stated that early mental health conditions are very destructive. People these days are fully aware of the symptoms of a mental illness such as fatigue, mood changes, depression. Mental health cannot be diagnosed by clinical testing, only by analyzing human behavior. There are different types of treatment available to diagnose and treat such mental illness because of advanced technology overruling every industry at a top-notch level. The researchers also suggest increasing investment in mental health care to ensure a better quality of treatment. Higher investments in healthcare lead to prevent later diseases and reduce the cost of availing treatments.

The mind of an individual is complex and it acts as per the current needs and situations faced by people. Sometimes we make impulsive decisions and then we regret it.  This impulsive behavior is due to a lack of connections in the brain and neurons. The sender and receiver neurons present in the brain lets you take a wise decision but if they are damaged, you might face a lot of problems.

According to a study conducted by Terrie Moffitt and Nannerl O. Keohane, professors of psychology and neuroscience; the same people who suffer from any psychiatric problem in their past also suffer from other psychological problems in the future. The rate of experiencing mental disease is increased and when they become adults, chances of catching a neurodegenerative disease are also increased. This happens when our neuron cells get damaged and fail to develop when we grow old, thus cause malfunction for the lifetime.
