- In July 2021, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Verbio AG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU would look at the possibilities of forming a joint venture company with Verbio to produce biofuels (biomethane (CBG/BioCNG), bioethanol, and biodiesel) and market them through Indian Oil's network.
