Signify N.V. was founded in 1891 and is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Signify N.V., together with its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, and sells lighting products worldwide. The company operates through four segments: Lamps, LED, Professional, and Home. It offers incandescent, halogen, fluorescent, and high-intensity discharge lamps for residential and professional applications; and electronic components, such as electronic ballasts and drivers for luminaire manufacturers.   • In September 2017, the company had launched Mid-power LED Osconiq P 2226. This LED solution especially manufactured for outdoor applications. These applications providing for horticultural and architectural lighting related application and apart from these it also providing lighting for indoor lighting systems which includes restaurants and hotels. These products require luminous efficacy up to 100 lm/W. This factor propels the growth of the market.

  • In November 2018, the company had launched new LED replacement lamp. This bulb is applicable for industrial, warehouse and outdoor lighting customers. This 1000W LED replacement help in cutting down electricity consumption which in turn save millions of dollars on each bulb.
