  • In March 2025, ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of ADM (NYSE: ADM), issued a recall for select pelleted cattle feed products due to elevated copper levels or deficient zinc levels, which could pose health risks to livestock. The recall affects 33 lot numbers distributed between January 16 and February 27, 2025, across six U.S. states. While no illnesses have been reported, excessive copper can cause gastroenteritis and dehydration, while zinc deficiency may reduce feed intake and growth.
